Robinson Park’s legacy dates back to 1905, rooted in a deep commitment to real estate excellence and community impact. Over the decades, we have evolved into a dynamic firm dedicated to providing innovative real estate solutions that create personal and professional wealth, generating attractive returns for our partners. 1905

The Levy Brothers company forms as "The firm that knows values" and later becomes the Harrison Levy Company.

1996

Mark Beffort and Gary Brooks form the Beffort Brooks Property Company and later becomes Grubb & Ellis Beffort Brooks Malherbe.

2004

Beffort and Levy history converge to make Grubb & Ellis Levy Beffort.

2017

Square Deal Investment Management (SDIM) was formed between Mark Beffort and the McLaughlin Family to serve as an investment arm.

2018

The facility management division becomes Robinson Park, which experiences massive out-of-state growth through SDIM.

2020

Robinson Park adds an in-house architect, which eventually becomes the Design & Build service.

2022

Robinson Park officializes its Development services and partners with Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings to develop Convergence and OKC 577.

2025

SDIM merges into Robinson Park, to a fully integrated real estate company brokerage, design & build, development, facility management, financial services, and research & analytic services.
