Convergence

Convergence is a transformative mixed-use development at the heart of Oklahoma City’s Innovation District, set to catalyze a projected $1.2 billion annual economic impact. Anchored on a prime 5.5-acre site near NE 8th Street and I-235, the development features The Tower at Convergence, a two-level below-grade parking garage, Stiles Park, and Oklahoma City’s Innovation Hall. Designed for pedestrian-friendly connectivity, Convergence bridges Oklahoma’s leading universities and neighbors the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and State Chamber of Oklahoma.

Entertainment District

A multipurpose stadium and entertainment district in downtown Oklahoma City, set to enhance the area's vibrancy and economic activity. The MAPS 4-funded stadium will host professional soccer, other sports events, concerts, and festivals, seating 12,300 guests with modern amenities and a USSF-approved pitch. Surrounding the venue, a 60-acre entertainment district will feature dining, retail, and community spaces, offering a dynamic, walkable environment. This transformative project aims to boost tourism, create jobs, and elevate Oklahoma City's cultural and recreational appeal.

OKC 577

Located 1 mile east of the I-35 and I-240 interchange, with frontage along I-240, OKC 577 is the first of its kind in Oklahoma City. It is a 577-acre master-planned park perfectly positioned adjacent to BNSF rail and near Tinker Air Force Base featuring a central spine to maximize site access. The project offers industrial and retail space, natural park features, gathering spaces and pedestrian friendly. Locke Supply has built a 1.5M SF facility on-site and an OnCue is set for the northwest corner.

Flint, located in the historic Colcord Hotel, has long been a cherished dining spotin Oklahoma City. The renovation enhanced this legacy by using natural materialsand reimagined space planning to create a warm, intimate atmosphere that fostershuman connection.

Perle Mesta | The Skirvin

Perle Mesta, the latest culinary venture by James Beard award-winning Chef Andrew Black, brings elegance and global sophistication to the historic Skirvin Hotel in downtown Oklahoma City. The space merges homely warmth with luxurious touches, creating an ambiance that honors the hotel's storied past while showcasing Chef Black's innovative cuisine.

Corporate Tower Lobby, OKC

Corporate Tower, originally designed by I.M. Pei & Partners, underwent a thoughtful renovation to honor its architectural legacy. The refreshed lobby balances history and modernity with book-matched walnut paneling, new floor tiles, and restored entrances, creating a timeless space that respects the original design while adding contemporary functionality.

Convergence 8th Floor Tenant Improvement, OKC

Convergence is the first building set to be completed in the new MAPS-sponsored Innovation District in Oklahoma City. Three different tenants needed a collaborative environment on the 8th floor for aerospace engineering and research entities.

Scout Benefits | Pioneer Building, OKC

Scout Benefits Group's office in the historic Pioneer Building blends modern functionality with preserved architectural charm. Honoring the building's legacy by incorporating clean, modern lines and subtle touches of color, allowing the historic crown molding and limestone details to take center stage.

Trisura (OKT), OKC

Trisura moved from one to floor to another in Oklahoma Tower, and wanted to re-envision what a more collaborative office environment could hold for them. RP Studio helped accomplish just that, working closely with local Trisura leadership to incorporate flexible conference rooms, glass-walled offices, and a new employee lounge to their full floor space.  

Lytle, Soule, & Felty (Robinson Renaissance), OKC

Lytle, Soule, & Felty is a mid-size law firm located on the top floor of Robinson Renaissance in Oklahoma City. The client desired for their lobby and guest experience to match the high quality of service they provide. Finishes were updated, and the layout was rearranged to allow a better view from the lobby as well as add a conference room adjacent to the lobby space.

Oklahoma Tower Lobby, OKC

Renderings of this lobby feature the expansive double-height space located in Oklahoma Tower in downtown OKC. Dynamic lighting stretches from the 2nd level down to the first, shining light on updated elevator lobbies and security desk. The existing warm, red, granite featured throughout this building is highlighted and give tribute to the red clay soil Oklahoma is known her. A combination of historic and contemporary features gives this lobby space a charismatic personality as guests experience the contrast of old and new.

Leadership Square Lobby, OKC

The lobby renovation emphasizes natural light with the addition of trees in large planters and a warm wood plank ceiling under the skybridge. Bright, cool-toned furniture complements the biophilic design, offering inviting seating options for dining and meetings.

Oklahoma Tax Commission Tax Resource Center, OKC

The Oklahoma Tax Commission created a calm and modern environment for public interaction at the Tax Resource Center. Overhead linear LEDs guide guests from exterior to interior, and hover above custom planters surrounded by bench seating. Shared with the Oklahoma Lottery, residents of OKC can meet with tax experts in a secure, clean, and bright facility.

Salesforce Tower, Indianapolis

The Robinson Park Design & Build team created the vision and sourced the furniture for the pickleball court in Salesforce Tower, Indianapolis. Channeling vibes from 1980’s tennis ad sports gear, this spaces evokes an active and inspiring place where tenants can cut loose with colleagues and friends.
