Originally known as American First Tower, Corporate Tower was constructed in 1980 with 294,535 gross square footage and 14 floors. One of the buildings originally planned to be part of Carrozza’s four-block Galleria development, partially funded by Urban Renewal Money. The mall was intended to connect the buildings and are in the current place of the parking garages. The architects who designed this property were I.M. Pei & Partners who discarded the plan early in the process as the original developer could not find an anchor tenant. The property is currently a multi-use office space.
