Built in 1988, Market Tower was designed by the legendary Chicago architect Dirk Lohan. Features include four story entry arches and hipped copper roofing capture the tradition language of many of downtown Indianapolis’ celebrated monuments. Contrasting granites on the Property’s Façade express the city’s traditional quality masonry, while its stepped upper floors are reminiscent of other downtown qualities observing the city’s skyline setback ordinance. This 30-story building was renovated in 2016 to provide a market-leading tenant experience.
Market Tower is located at the epicenter of Indianapolis' Central Business District and its proximity to Monument Circle provides access to the best outdoor space in the city. Couple that with its amenity package including a state-of-the-art fitness center, collaborative tenant community space, conference facilities, and an energized lobby.
